Ordering a Subscription to a Print Journal Ordering a Subscription to a Print JournalCustomers in North, Central, and South America can order subscriptions directly from the address below. We accept payment by check, money order, or credit card. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on an U.S. bank. Canadian orders are subject to 7% GST. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. Electronic Journals for Individual SubscribersIf your print journal subscription also includes electronic access through Wiley InterScience, directions to access your online subscription will be e-mailed or mailed to you, once we have processed your order and payment. Renewing a Print SubscriptionYou will begin receiving renewal notices a few weeks before your subscription is due to expire. To continue your subscription without interruption, simply mail the renewal notice and enclose the appropriate payment. Credit card renewals can be faxed to us at the above number. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, write “Cancel” on the renewal notice and mail it to us. Subscriptions to select Wiley and Jossey-Bass journals may be renewed online. Canceling a Print SubscriptionUnless otherwise noted, subscriptions cannot be canceled once the first issue has been mailed. However, you can cancel your subscription if you have ordered a subscription under an offer that indicates you can “cancel at any time and receive a refund for the unmailed issues.” If this is the case, you can request cancellation by phone, mail or e-mail. You will need to provide your full name and mailing address, account number, or a copy of your invoice. If your subscription is paid in full you will receive a refund equal to the value of the issues not yet served on your subscription. What is Wiley InterScience?Wiley InterScience is the dynamic online journals service from John Wiley & Sons. Customers who hold full rate subscriptions to Wiley journals are entitled to activate online access for their authorized users to the full text of those journals. Access to tables of contents and abstracts for some 300 Wiley journals is also available to guest users. Ordering an Online Subscription through Wiley InterScienceInstitutional customers with full-rate subscriptions to Wiley journals can activate online access for their authorized users for an additional license fee. The Basic Access License for Wiley InterScience offers IP-based authentication to allow direct access to the service, without having to register with a username and password. Contact Wiley InterScience for additional information about online access. For those Customers who are interested in broader access and usage rights than those available via the Basic Access License, Wiley InterScience will be offering an Enhanced Access License. Multi-site access, both regional and global, and additional usage of electronic journal content is covered by this option. Please let Wiley InterScience know if you wish to learn more. If you subscribe at a personal or special rate, electronic access is not included with your subscription. You may, however, use those areas of Wiley InterScience which are open to Guests.
