NDCAD: FAQs
|
FAQ1: My research team is just completing a large study. Can we do a NDCAD volume with chapters that report on findings from one study? A: We would be interested in this type of volume if each chapter presents an important conceptual contribution and these, as a group, are organized around a focal question, issue, or idea. Of course these conceptual contributions are stronger if they are based on data, and there could be benefits from having all chapter come from the same study. We are much less interested, however, if what you have in mind are empirical articles that that are driven more by particularistic findings (e.g., examination of age, gender, SES, and ethnic differences for disparate variables) than by ideas.
