Accessing the ON DEMAND Online Conference
Right after purchasing the on demand conference, you will receive an email containing:
- Your personalized Key Code that will allow you to create a Username and Password
- A link to the Online Conference website where you can access the on demand conference
- Guidance on how to check your computer similar to below
System Set-up and Configuration
To experience the on demand conference:
- You must have a PC or Mac computer and while you can participate with a 56K dialup internet connection, it is recommended that you have a high-speed broadband (or better) internet connection.
- You will need to have computer headset or speakers to hear the audio of the event.
About Adobe Acrobat Connect
Although easy to use, you may want to take a few minutes to learn about the major features of the software and to orient yourself to the interface.
- Take a look at the Adobe Acrobat Connect System Overview.
- Participate in an automated Acrobat Connect Professional Slideshow to help you become familiar with the software.
- Take a diagnostic test and ensure your computer and network connections are properly configured to provide you with the best possible Acrobat Connect meeting experience.
- Access the Acrobat Connect Support Center to search the Knowledge Base or troubleshoot connection issues.
