After directing personnel research at IBM for twenty-five years, he is now professor of management at City University of New York's Baruch College and president of Kraut Associates, a human resource consulting firm based in Rye, New York. ABRAHAM K. KORMAN is an eminent and widely published industrial/organizational psychologist and Wollman Distinguished Professor of Management at City University of New York's Baruch College.
