RICHARD E. GLIKLICH Richard E. Gliklich, M.D., is chairman of Outcome Sciences, a physician-led health outcomes company. He is founder of the Clinical Outcomes Research Unit at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.
