Elizabeth Davis-Russell is provost and vice president for academic affairs at the State University of New York College at Cortland. She was a professor, director of Cross Cultural Psychology Proficiency, dean for Academic and Professional Affairs, and presidential associate of the California School of Professional Psychology. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the School of Education and a founding member-later to become director-of MERIT (Multicultural Education, Research, Intervention and Training) and the undergraduate school. She has also been a professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she developed the Center for Intercultural Clinical Psychology.
