Attend a workshop led by the authors of Large Group Methods: Creating Systemic Change - May 1-3, 2007
Large group methods are being used imaginatively to meet organizational and community challenges for managing change. Authors Barbara Benedict Bunker and Billie T. Alban will give a comprehensive view of how these methods are used to plan, to solve problems and reach agreement. You will build your "large event" design skills and understand underlying large group theory.

You will:

• Learn about the most important Large Group Methods that can make a difference in change processes
• Understand these methods’ underlying theory and core characteristics
• Understand when these methods are appropriate and when not
• Develop skills designing large group events including logistics
• Work on a situation from your own organization or practice
• Meet and network with others who can be resources for your future work
