Darlene Mannix has taught and helped emotionally disturbed learning disabled, mentally handicapped, at-risk, and language disordered children of all grades and ages. Currently she is teaching a public program for middle school students utilizing computers to teach thinking skills.
Ms. Mannix holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Taylor University and a Master's degree in Learning Disabilities from Indiana University. She has also authored Oral Language Activities for Special Children and Be a Better Student, both published by The Center for Applied Research in Education.
